the short answers.
when can I get one?
kenko rolls out through employers and health plans first, and the waitlist is open for everyone else. join it and we confirm timing with your invite.
what does it cost?
final pricing is coming soon. you'll be able to earn points that offset the cost of your subscription and device. we'll share the pricing and rewards details before you commit.
ring or strap, which should I pick?
choose the one you'll actually wear all night. both use the same sensing technology and connect to the same app. the ring is discreet on your finger; the strap is a better fit if you prefer wearing something on your wrist.
what does it track?
kenko tracks five-stage sleep, skin temperature, heart rate and hrv, movement, and blood oxygen. it uses ppg data captured by the ring to estimate trends in testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol.
does it measure hormones directly?
kenko uses ppg data and newly developed algorithms to estimate how your hormone levels change over time. it tracks trends in testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol, but it doesn't replace a blood or saliva test.
can I get it through my employer?
yes, and that is how most people will. kenko is sold through employers and health plans, so ask us for a demo and we will take it from there.
what happens to my data?
it is yours. signals are processed on the device where possible, and nothing is sold. your employer only ever sees anonymous, aggregated numbers, never your night.
